I simply can’t rave enough about the service we got from July 24 – 29 from Icelimo and in particular, our guide (and new friend) Gylfi. From the airport pickup on July 24 and the acclimation visit to the Blue Lagoon, to the four full days of touring and adventures, to the very early morning pickup and airport transfer on July 29, everything was perfect. Gylfi is incredibly knowledgeable, our teenagers (a finicky 17 yr old daughter and 15 yr old son) loved him, and my wife and I felt so comfortable with him the entire trip. He treated us like family and friends from the very start of our trip. We spend hours in the luxury truck (Thor), and Gylfi seemed to know exactly when to regale us with stories and when to allow for napping and rest (which the kids did frequently).
